Sometimes the size of the mounted Field needs to be restricted or their may be a requirement for us to know who exactly is out with us. In such circumstances "Compulsory Booking In" (CBI) will be shown on the Meets/Events page and/or people will be informed through the ENews list.

Where CBI is required, anyone wishing to come out with the SDB on horseback must book in by the date and time shown on the website.

Where the limit is reached, people will be informed that we are unable to accommodate them that hunting day.

Anyone who books in, but fails to turn up, will be expected to pay the appropriate cap for the day unless they cancel with the Hunt Secretary in good time, so that the space can be re-allocated.
